Hope Valley Farms is located about 3 miles north of NC-54, between Hope Valley Rd (NC-751) and Fayetteville Street.

Hope Valley Farms (HVF) lies on both sides of S. Roxboro Rd. between Hope Valley Road (NC-751) and Martin Luther King, Jr., Pkwy.
The Hope Valley Farms Homeowners Association is an organization of the property owners in these neighborhoods: Chownigs Place, Eagle Ridge, Greenbriar, Heatherwood, Oakbrook, and Windsor Oaks. This organization represents 424 households.
Other neighborhoods also in HVF (to the north and west of those listed) are in a different association, the Hope Valley Farms North Homeowners Association.
