PlayNation Showroom on Hwy 54

Location: 0.4 acre lot on the south side of Hwy 54, opposite Parkridge Road — between Park Veterinary Clinic and Kestrel Dr — between Highgate Dr and Hope Valley Rd. See (GoogleMap or Spatial Data Explorer Map)
Rezoned to NC (Neighborhood Commercial) from O & I (Office/Institutional),

PlayNation is a national franchise selling wooden play gyms and swingsets. The local dealer is Action Play Yards. Announcements on both the PlayNation website and the Action Play Yards website say that the business is relocating and expanding to a "huge indoor/outdoor showroom" on this lot.

They will be building a 2200 square foot showroom. They'll also create a left-turn lane on NC-54. The road is already wide enough because of Park Ridge's turn lane.
