Planning Commission Hearing
Case# Z05-32 is tentatively on the Planning Commission agenda for Sept 13 '05. At this public hearing, the Planning Commission will consider the developer's application for rezoning. They will also hear (very briefly) the concerns of any neighbors. They will then make a recommendation regarding rezoning to the City Council. Learn more about the Planning Commission hearing.

The hearing will be at 6 pm at Council Chambers of City Hall, 101 City Hall Plaza (directions below). Keep an eye on this page for date confirmation, additional details, and carpooling plans. Or sign up for email updates.

City Council Next
Later this fall or winter, City Council will vote on the rezoning. The City Council hearing is even more important for neighbors to attend in force. We'll let you know when a date is set.

101 City Hall Plaza, downtown Durham at Morgan & Mangum Streets:
Take 15-501N to the NC-147 S exit. Continue on NC-147 to exit 12 and continue to Roxboro St. Turn left onto Roxboro St. After proceeding through the intersection of Roxboro and Main Streets, move tot he far left lane. Bear to the left onto Morgan St. Turn left onto North Mangum St. Turn left onto City Hall Plaza. Street parking may be available, and paid parking is available in the parking deck on the corner of North Mangum St. and City Hall Plaza.
