Harmony Road, Take Two
Here We Go Again

A proposed new subdivision would connect Cook Road and Woodcroft's Morningside Drive. Sound familiar? In early 2004, neighbors defeated a rezoning application for this same tract. This time, a developer approached us in the early stages of planning, in an effort to gain our support for this new proposal.

We Don't Support It.

The developer has has applied for rezoning which would allow almost half again as many homes as the current zoning. Neighbors' concerns about traffic (especially on neighborhood roads) and overcrowding of local schools continue to exist.
